About Me

I am a first year PhD student in the mathematics program at UW Madison. My research interests are tentatively within algebraic geometry and categorization. I am currently supported by a NDSEG Fellowship. I expect to graduate by 2024.

Notes

Soliton Theory

  1. Quaternionic KdV Solutions

This was my Bachelors essay. It is about a noncommutative generalization of the KdV equation, a prototypical example of a completely solvable nonlinear partial differential equation due in part to its admittance of soliton solutions. It is partly expository, although some new results are shown too.
